]]> The Irish holiday is only a few days away, so now is the time to figure out how you will celebrate the event. Going to a bar is a given, but let’s look at a few other great ways to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day next Thursday, March 17.

Traditional breakfast: wake up with a traditional Irish breakfast of corned beef, cabbage, potato bread or Shepherd’s Pie. In Ireland people typically celebrate by eating pink bacon or roasted chicken.

 

Music: Ireland has a rich traditional of great music. So throw on a celtic or folk CD and get into the spirit of the holiday on your drive to work.

 

Irish pub: find an authentic Irish pub in your area and drink a Guinness or two with people of Irish descent. You can even try a green beer.
