Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
3 bay leaves
Salt and black pepper
Unsalted butter
2 pounds potatoes
1/2 cup of Parmesan
2 sprigs thyme
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
Begin by heating up the heavy cream, seasonings and leaves. Next butter up a casserole dish and get it ready for the mix. Make sure to chop up your potatoes into tiny slices. Pour the cream and potatoes into a separate bowl and mix everything gently. Season the mix and add some parmesan on top and add everything to the casserole dish and place in the oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
