Back to school season is the perfect time to get your kids to eat healthier. The first step is to begin cooking healthy breakfasts. Get rid of the processed foods and extra sugar and go with natural fruits and foods. Here are a few ideas.
 

Banana Smoothie: mix a banana, oatmeal, spinach and strawberries with a bit of ice and you have a quick, easy and healthy breakfast.

 

 

Fruit and Cheese: cut up a few pieces of fruit and cheese and let your kids dip them into peanut butter.

 

 

Egg sandwich: Eggs are always a healthy choice for breakfast, but be sure to use wheat or whole grain bread.
